ANONYMOUS CVS - For read only access to the repository. Set
or specify the "-d" parameter when doing the initial CVS checkout.
When prompted for a password, simply hit enter as no password has
been set for the anonymous account.
AUTHENTICATED CVS - Developers with write access to the
repository will have an account on the CVS server and use
ssh to authenticate themselves. Set
USERID is your username.
Or specify the "-d" parameter when doing the initial CVS checkout.
Use ssh-agent to avoid having to re-enter the ssh password
for every cvs command.
Developers who have write access agree with and abide by
